Schools have called for a framework which outlines the key success indicators for a contemporary transformation. This work is complex and requires courage, persistence and insightful leadership.
The framework is to assist schools to track progress and identify success achieved while on the journey of transformation.
The framework provides a roadmap for contemporary school transformation, with an emphasis on building a dynamic, learner-centred environment that fosters growth, innovation and collaboration. Rooted in the belief that education must evolve to meet the needs of today’s world, this framework guides schools in the process of transformation, embracing change through research-driven practices, reflective leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement. it offers practical strategies for engaging stakeholders, developing contemporary pedagogies, and implementing systems that support student success in an ever-changing world.
